Alluster FAQ - Billing and Payments

  • How does payment work?

    We currently take all major credit cards and Visa/Mastercard branded debit cards. We do not charge until we pick up your things for storage, and you can cancel at any time.

    For your convenience, your payment will be taken automatically every month from the day you start to store with us. Your subscription will end once you have your items returned to you.

    Bonus: Unlike some other storage companies, we only bill monthly instead of every 4 weeks, meaning one less payment a year if you are storing long term. What will you spend with the savings?

  • We do not prorate fees for partial months. Please contact us if you are going to need a return within 2 days after your payment, and we will waive that monthly fee.

  • If for some reason you cannot make a payment on time, please let us know and we will do our best to work something out.

    If your payment fails, we will notify you via email and will attempt 3 more times within a 7-day period. Accounts that are late by more than 7 days will be subject to a $50 late payment fee. We hope just like you to avoid this.

    Accounts that are 45 days overdue will be considered abandoned and items will be removed from our facility.
