Self Storage That Comes to You

  • Tell me a little bit about the service?

    All you have to do is sign up for an account and schedule delivery of your required amount of boxes, or bulky items. Our team will then show up at that time with your boxes and wait for you to pack. Our drivers will wait up to 25 minutes for you to pack or you can reschedule a more convenient time for a pickup for a fee of $28. Once, the boxes are ready to store, our drivers will make sure your boxes are secure and transport them to one of our secure storage facilities.

    When you need to have any of your items returned, just log into your account and order whatever you need returned $5 per box or $7 per oversize item.

    You have the option of having all or just some of your items returned and you can have your boxes returned to storage free of charge.

    If you are storing in one of our larger spaces such as a 5x5 space and up, please see information on what else should I know.

  • Once you make an order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you within 24 hours to set up an appointment. Usually within and hour; and our deliveries are usually available to be carried out within 24 hours.

    Appointments are subject to availability so it is recommended to make orders in advance to have a confirmed time. This is for if you prefer an exact timeframe. That said, we can usually make things happen within 24 hours.

  • We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm. Except public holidays. If we aren't open when you need us, contact us and we will get back to you during our business hours.

  • We currently service most of the Metro Vancouver area. There may be an additional delivery fee for certain areas. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
  • This is completely up to you. We ask that what you store is legal, non- perishable, and non-hazardous. This includes explosive or flammable materials of any kind.

    If you pack fragile items, please make sure that they are packed appropriately because it will be at your own risk. We will take great loving care of your precious boxes, but will not be responsible by the breakage of fragile items.

    We ask that you limit the weight of your boxes or luggage to 45 pounds or we will have to split them up into more units. Pro Tip: If it is too heavy for you to lift, it is likely too heavy for us.

    Other than that, we welcome anything from your winter jumpers to your old books! If you have any questions regarding certain items, please contact us.

  • Our warehouses are located in different locations throughout the Greater Vancouver area. We cannot disclose the exact locations for security and insurance reasons, but all locations are equipped with electronic security systems and 24 hour video surveillance.

    We ensure the boxes are secure and tamper proof when our team picks up your boxes. We also ensure that your belongings are stored in a temperature controlled environment.

    All of our team members have been through background checks and have been trained to treat service and security as a priority.

  • We cover your boxes with free insurance of up to $100 per box. This includes losses or damage to your property while in our possession. This includes while in transit or in storage. We do not insure fragile items or electronics. Please pack any fragile items or electronics appropriately if you decide to store them with us.

    Since we only insure up to $100 per box, it is recommended and the customers responsibility to get additional insurance for items stored over $100. You will agree that we are not responsible for lost or damaged items over our insured amount. That said, we will take care in handling your belongings.

    Insurance does not provide protection against damages resulting from natural disasters. If you need to make a claim, please contact us.

  • Yes you can but due to their delicate nature, we do not cover any damages to them while in our care. It is your responsibility to have these items packed appropriately if you choose to store them with us.

    If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • If for some reason you cannot make a payment in time please let us know and we will do our best to work something out.

    If your payment fails, we will notify you via email and will attempt 3 more times within a 7 day period. Accounts that are late more than 7 days will be subject to a $50 late payment fee. We hope just like you to avoid this.

    Accounts that are 45 days overdue will be considered abandoned and will be removed from our facility. What’s that? Think “storage wars” without the Yup guy.

  • For filling our storage bins, we give you 25 minutes and then the driver will take them to storage. We can drop off bins in advance for a fee of $28 if you need more time.

    We recommend that you organize ahead of time to make this an easier process. We have seen organized folks pack up to 10 bins in this amount of time.

    For all other types of storage we ask that you have your things ready to go when the driver arrives. This means more free time for you.

  • For emptying our storage bins, we give you 25 minutes and then the driver will take them back. We can drop off bins in advance for a fee of $28 if you need more time.

  • No way. The only extra fees are for late cancellations (within 2 hours), overdue accounts past 7 days, and certain special requests. Please contact us if you have any questions.

  • Not a chance! We will never raise the prices while your items are in storage. That’s a promise!

  • We currently take all major credit cards and Visa/Mastercard branded debit cards. We do not charge until we pick up your things for storage and you can cancel at any time.

    For your convenience, your payment will be taken automatically every month from the day you start to store with us. Your subscription will end once you have your items returned to you.

    Bonus: Unlike other storage companies, we only bill monthly other than every 4 weeks meaning one less payment a year if you are storing long term. What will you spend with that savings?

  • We do not pro rate fees for partial months. Please contact us if you are going to need a return within 2 days after your payment and we will waive that monthly fee.

  • Yes you can. You can change your address and phone number when you order a return. There will be a form available when making this request.

  • Our goal is to provide you an experience that is second to none. If you have any comments about our service, we would be happy to discuss with you, please contact us.

    What if I need help going through the process?

    Please email us with your account on hand and we will have one of our customer service agents walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

  • We will not open your boxes unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

    Although we do have the right to open boxes under suspicion of containing restricted items, we will try to avoid this and contact you first if the situation arises.

  • Yep, sure can! Just log into your account and make your changes. Please be advised there will be a charge of $28 for changes or cancellations made without at least 2 hours in advance. If you have any trouble please contact us.

  • This shouldn't happen. We will always try to update you on the status of our deliveries, but if we don’t, please email or call us and we reschedule a convenient time for you.

  • We will always do our best to have your boxes delivered in less than 24 hours. If you have an emergency and need something fast, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

  • We will wait for you at your location for 25 minutes. Just enough to watch an episode of friends. After that, you will have to reschedule a new time. A rescheduling fee of $28 will apply.
  • Our boxes are 2.2 cubic feet and approximately 27" long x 17" wide x 12" high.

    There is a weight limit of 40 pounds per box. Overweight items will have an additional charge. Don’t worry, we aren’t as strict as the airlines and we think that we have a much friendlier demeanour!

  • We do not do moves, but can recommend a great service if that is what you need.

  • We do not pack your boxes, only transport, move, and store. We can recommend an excellent service if that is what you need.

  • Yes. Our boxes are pretty awesome but we can take similar size boxes of your own for a similar fee. To make sure there are no surprises, please contact us for a quote.
  • There is no commitment for the time you need to have your items in storage, but we do have a 2 month minimum charge. You can still order your things back whenever you like.

    If you need your things back before the second months payment we will just charge for that month and get you your things back right away!
